Students are encouraged at Brigidine to develop as Christian people through a systematic program of pastoral care that is grounded in the College Mission and Brigidine Charism. It is designed to support and enhance the character development and values of each student through a supportive network of staff and students that provide the framework for students to learn and grow in a safe, and respectful community.
These values, already present in our students provided to them by their parents, are supported by this Catholic community through a range of systems and structures which are designed to enable students to reach their full potential and help them to make the transition from adolescents to young people in a caring and nurturing environment.
The qualities we aim to develop in our students include: compassion, respect for others, resilience, connectedness, confidence, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
