ADCO was thrilled to host five of our VET Business Services students at their Head Office in Sydney. This was part of the Schools Engagement Programme and commitment to boosting women’s participation in the construction industry.
ADCO’s programs offer office and site-based Students participate in office and site-based activities over a five-day, 10-day or longer period and aims to provide students with holistic insights into the industry and the opportunity to enhance their workplace competencies and skills.
“I had the best week completing the ADCO work experience programme. The team were all amazing and made me feel so welcome. I enjoyed the site visits and working on our office-based project. Spending the week at ADCO really opened my eyes to the construction industry and I will definitely consider a career in construction,” said Maria.
